Container Flooring Plywood

It is made from 100% hardwood timber, which has a high degree of strength and rigidity. Container Flooring Plywood IICL-TB001 is bonded with high quality Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic resin and processed through high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even with 72 hours of boiling.

Our plywood is sturdy, stable, and water-resistant, and it is frequently utilized in the construction of new shipping containers and the restoration of old ones. It is chemically treated with permanent preservatives through vacuum pressure impregnation and adheres to IS 710. Softwood, also commonly known as whitewood as part of building materials in various industries due to its many useful usages. These softwoods are economical and are factory products wood with various dimensions. Softwood is typically less expensive compared to hardwood. About 80% of all timber comes from softwood. Softwoods have a wide range of applications and are found in building components. We mostly source whitewood (softwood) from Romania, Germany and Austria.

Uses of whitewood or the Soft Wood as Building Material supports for partition walls, Support for shuttering of formwork for concrete casting, to make light doors and shutters, wooden pallets etc.

MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is made up of separated fibers but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger and denser than particle board.

We stock and sell MDF in the thickness of 05.5mm, 09mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm with a standard 4ft x 8ft width and length respectively.
